RockIt Abs & Arms
With a focus on the upper body, this 30 minute class, will get into your deep core muscles and tone your arms.
Recommended equipment: yoga mat, weights. Equipment not required.
RockIt Barrelates
Balance, strength, flexibility, and of course, burning calories are all a part of this class that will also help improve stability through a stronger core.
Recommended equipment: light weights, looped band, Pilates ring or ball. Equipment not required.
RockIt Booty Burn
This 30 min session is guaranteed to leave you shaking by focusing on the lower body with an emphasis on your glutes.

RockIt Mat Pilates
Don’t be fooled by the low impact nature of this 30 min class that is designed to lengthen and tone your whole body. You will use small specific movements targeting your strength from the inside out.
