Kaci has been teaching a variety of modalities since 2009.

A Texas girl who found her way to the beaches of LA falling in love with the healthy active lifestyle of California. Kaci enjoys the fine art of practicing what she preaches, saying the things most people only think, bullying others into doing things that scare them, exploring LA and dancing naked in front of her living room window.

She is equal parts intense, laid back, funny and inspiring. Expect to usually sweat to hip-hop with an occasional random appearance to dance, pop and an artist battle between the Justin’s (Timberlake vs. Bieber).. deal with it! Her goal is that you leave feeling like 50 minutes was 5, wondering what the h@ll just happened to you and high on sweat!

Jennifer is from Washington State and found her way to Manhattan Beach via USC. She is trained in RockIt Pilates after a childhood of classical ballet, a college career on the Women's Varsity Rowing team and a stint as a professional wrestler.

When she is not in the studio teaching or training, you can find her on the sidelines of NFL football fields covering the 49ers for NBC Sports Bay Area or in search of excellent coffee and delicious food. 

Favorite exercise: scrambled eggs

Originally from Colorado, Brooke made her way to Kansas & Chicago before finally landing in Hermosa Beach. Having battled autoimmune issues the majority of her life, Brooke turned to movement to help herself heal. After years in the corporate world, she realized fitness was her passion and wanted to be able to share that passion with others.

You can expect to get a major butt kicking in her classes while listening to anything upbeat. This often means 90’s hip hop, with an occasional artist battle. She has infectious energy and is an unabashed self-proclaimed weirdo. Hope you don’t mind dancing because she will be bopping around most of class.

When she’s not teaching you can find her doing anything that involves the outdoors, petting every puppy she passes and busting out the awkward t-rex on the dance floor.

Bringing awareness & balance to the head, heart & body is her philosophy. Amie’s classes are an infusion of balance, humor, sincerity, insightful messages, anatomical knowledge and structural alignment with creative and effective sequences.

Amie believes that making deliberate decisions to "fill up your cup" and take care of ourselves first is the best thing we can do so that we are able to take care of others!

Ellina is originally from Russia. When living in Chicago in 2003, she took her first Pilates class and was amazed how much her body changed in a month. Even being a fit person herself, she still noticed how her body completely reshaped into a longer, leaner, and more flexible physique.

Ellina began educating herself about Pilates and Yoga philosophy, and understanding the mind-body connection. This inspired her to help others understand the true miracle of awareness, control, and listening to yourself and your own body.

Ellina's classes are strong, fun and require some mental concentration because she pays a lot of attention to the form and alignment. She strongly believes that the core is the most important part of the body so be ready to burn those abs each time you take her class!

A passion for dance led Erica to a love for fitness in recent years. Three years ago the owner of RockIt roped her into one of the hardest trainings she’s ever undergone, and she was a first responder in Inglewood. This training turned out to be one of the best things in her life. It sparked the greatest, most beautiful fire that just wouldn’t stop burning.

Erica loves the trainers who RockIt with her and her clients who have become her friends. She doesn’t know how they make her WANT to be ready to rock at 5:45 am, yet they do. Erica loves making her students sweat, laugh and even give her the bird in some terrible lunge. That's when she really knows they love her and she’s doing it right.

Lisa is a Pilates and fitness enthusiast who brings her Occupational Therapy background to her classes and clients. She combines her knowledge of muscles, joints, and body mechanics with her passion for Pilates, to transform and sculpt your body. She also believes that a good playlist is essential to a great class.

Lisa enjoys building the motivation and energy of her clients, with a mix of EDM, mashups, rap/hip-hop and 90’s favorites. Her hometown is Boston, but she’s lived in SoCal since her college years at USC.

Meet Liz. She has NY roots with a California soul! She exudes a love for Pilates, fitness and health/wellness. Plus she enjoys helping people get strong and healthy. Liz thoroughly loves the beach and a sunshine state of mind. Before Liz found her love for teaching Pilates professionally, she was a teacher to children with special needs, and worked in the field of medical sales. 

Liz brings infectious positive energy and challenging sequences, which are sure to level up your fitness and make you sweat.

When she’s not in the studio, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, lounging on the beach and chasing sunsets. She takes her coffee strong, like her core.

Milena’s career in fitness started in 2007, when she knew it was her passion to share movement and the healing arts with others. Through her own practice of Pilates, yoga, and breathing techniques, she gained improvement in energy/stamina, balance, and strength in her other day-to-day activities. This developed her passion for human anatomy and she dove headfirst into obtaining the necessary training and certifications to qualify her to help others explore their own wellness journey.

She loves working with people of all ages and abilities and she helps her clients have better body awareness and encourages daily movement. She attributes her bubbly personality, joy for life, and overall positive attitude to being fully dedicated to a healthy lifestyle, both physically and emotionally. 

She’s a wife and mom, and when she’s not teaching, she enjoys a multitude of outdoor activities along with traveling, reading, and spending time with family and friends. Milena believes in getting the most out of life.

Stephanie has been working in fitness for 17 years. After leaving the corporate world when her first son was born, fitness gave her the ability to channel her ambition with the flexibility to be at home with her kids.

Stephanie likes music with a beat, anything from disco to the 80’s to alternative rock. She loves teaching supine abs because there’s no way to cheat, trust us she can spot them all. When she’s not teaching, you can find Stephanie doing all things tennis: reading, playing and watching.

Having grown up in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains, Tove developed a love for exercise and an appreciation for the benefits of a healthy lifestyle from a young age. She spent weekends skiing and hiking with her family, playing soccer and cross-country and track teams were all part of her normal routine. She moved to Los Angeles in 2007 and now lives in the South Bay area with her husband and their two boys. 

Tove began practicing Pilates in 2008 and after experiencing the amazing benefits; her love and passion for Pilates took hold and she switched careers from the fashion industry and moved into the fitness industry. Some of her hobbies include skiing, running, hiking, and traveling. When not in the studio, she is with her family and friends keeping busy and finding fun adventures.
