Classes

At RockIt we offer an innovative workout specifically designed to strengthen, tighten, tone and elongate the body quickly and safely. RockIt Pilates™ is a fusion of pilates, cardio, and strength training, that achieves muscle definition faster than traditional Pilates and/or weight training alone. This workout also promotes flexibility and elasticity, which helps prevent injury. Our classes are available to all levels.

Naughty Pilates

Using a chair as a prop, this class was created to instill confidence and strength teaching basic "chair tricks" while targeting the body parts that make moves sensual (inner thighs, hips, long legs) is going to make Pilates oh so naughty!

All Level RockIt Pilates

An innovative hybrid of classic Pilates, cardio, and weight training performed on a hybrid reformer. Strengthen, tighten, and tone your body with this fun, energized group workout. Clients from beginner to advanced level are welcome.

 

RockIt Straps

A low-impact class is designed for all levels. Ideal for clients with aches and pains associated with joint problems. No lunges, squats or planks guaranteed.  

RockIt Recess

Using the open studio space for body weight training techniques, this class is a HIGH INTENSITY Playground. You will leave drenched and energized. Please wear tennis shoes and bring a towel.

RockIt Stretch & Tone

This class incorporates exercises specifically designed to lengthen and tone for greater strength and flexibility.

 

Beginner RockIt Workshops

For those who want to feel confident on the machine and master the basics before taking on your first class. We will break down the basics and learn modifications to take with you to your first class.
